COMPANY QUALITY, HEALTH & SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Management of BIENTER S.A., acting as a Technical Company for Private and Public projects, declares that our company policy consists of the continuous improvement of the quality of our services. Our aim is to substantiate their reliability and fully satisfy customer requirements, as well as to reduce the operational impact on Health, Safety, and the Environment.

Convinced of the necessity for continuous improvement in the quality level of our provided services, it is hereby declared that our company is committed to implementing a Management System at its facilities in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/ELOT 1801, and ISO 14001 standards, and to adhering to the following principles which constitute our company’s policy:

• Faithful implementation and continuous improvement of the system in accordance with national and EU legislation and the system manual.

• Continuous updating, monitoring, and harmonization with national and EU legislation, in accordance with the instructions of the competent authorities.

• Satisfaction of customer requirements regarding the quality of products traded by "BIENTER S.A.", by addressing complaints or objections in a timely and valid manner, based on documented procedures.

• Continuous training of all company personnel on matters concerning the effective operation of the Quality Management System, as well as staff awareness regarding quality issues, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management.

• Setting specific, measurable, and achievable goals on an annual basis, the realization of which constitutes a commitment for the company and an obligation for the staff.

• Identification and management of risks regarding health, safety, and the environment, and risk assessment to prevent injuries, illnesses, and adverse incidents that may arise from its activities and could harm personnel, equipment, facilities, and materials, while simultaneously focusing on environmental protection.

• Minimization of risks and protection of employees and the society in which it operates, by adopting safe methods and operating procedures, both for routine work and for emergency incidents.

• As a specific commitment, the company will impose strict and regular controls on subcontractors regarding adherence to appropriate conditions for environmental protection and accident prevention.

• Provision of necessary resources for the implementation of the organization's policy as well as the objectives and targets set by the management that support said policy.
